There are over 50 rooms that can house more than 150 student-tenants.

Among the amenities are fully-air-conditioned rooms, toilet and bath in every room, a 24-hour wi-fi capability in the whole dormitory, 24-hour security and CCTV system, standby power generator, continuous water supply system, cable TV at the main lobby, and study area per floor.
