General Flow of Travel Grant Process for Paper Presentations in International Conferences

Call for Papers
Every year, the Research and Development Center accepts research entries for the INTERCOLLEGIATE RESEARCH CONTEST. Submission of manuscript starts in January and ends in October. By end of November, the top 7 winners will be notified by email.
* We encourage everyone to submit a softcopy of your research output to the Research Director’s Office and email it to [email protected]
General guidelines for manuscript submission
- All papers must be in Microsoft word
- Experimental research may not exceed 5 pages in length including
figures, tables and references - Descriptive research may not exceed 10 pages including figures,
tables and references. - Papers should be typed on 8.5’x 11’ or A4 size paper, formatted
with single columns and should be single-spaced with 1-inch
margins on all sides and must have 11 point Times New Roman
font. - Do not add page numbers to your paper
- The manuscript must include; Title, Abstract, Keywords,
Introduction, Methods or Research Design, Results, Discussion,
Conclusion, Recommendations, and References. Tables and
figures are optional - Headings are typed in bold and in full upper case letters.
Headings should be numbered by Roman numerals I, II, III….;
subheadings by 1,2,3…; Subheadings are typed in bold, italicized
and typed in lower case letter with the first letter in upper case. - Tables and figures should be provided in a separate section, with
their location indicated in the text.
