Ferleen Claire P. Agulo, an MCU Information Technology student was awarded as one of the Most Outstanding IT Student in National Capital Region for school year 2018–2019 by the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators, Inc. (PSITE) last March 19, 2019 in Valenzuela City.

Ferleen is an active member of the Junior Philippine Computer Society, MCU Chapter and became the secretary of the organization for school year 2017-2018. She also placed second in the Web Designing Competition in MCU last 2018. At present, Ferleen is an active College of Business and Technology – University Integrated Community Extension Programs and Service (UNICEPS) volunteer.

PSITE is the largest IT organization and IT education practitioners in the Philippines. Its members are primarily educators of computer science, information and communication technology, engineering, mathematics and other allied fields.
