More than 200 Malabon and nearby area residents composed mostly of elderly and children received free medical services in an outreach program spearheaded by the MCU University Student Council last October 8, 2016 at the Joseph Clinic in Maysilo, Malabon.

Student-volunteers from the different colleges provided services such as vital signs monitoring, blood typing, physical rehabilitation therapy and oral prophylaxis.

Elderly patients were given eye glasses according to their optic grade. For the children, games, short story telling and nursery rhyme singing was held. Happiness radiated in the eyes of the children as they received school supplies and other goodies after the program.

MCU and Joseph Clinic have been partners in providing primary medical assistance to the community since 2013.
