The mission objective of the MCU College of Dentistry is to graduate men and women equipped with appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude to effectively respond to the needs of the dental professions in the community where they live in and practice.

The educational objective of the College is to produce dental practitioners capable of delivering comprehensive oral health care.

Upon completion of the course, graduate should :

1. have acquired basic knowledge on patient management, diagnosis and treatment planning.
2. have developed an understanding of the oral health status of the people in the community and be capable of solving dental health problems.
3. have acquired an attitude of professional growth by developing research on use of new technology in the practice of dentistry.
4. maintain an attitude of professional responsibility and ethics in dental practice.
5. assume leadership role in the national and global community.
